In case of successful payments and tickets not received or corresponding pack not activated, then only we could provide you the tickets from our end or we’ll refund the complete amount to you if the pack is not activated within 24 hours after you contact us on our email. Just contact us at email@example.com and mention your registered email id and Payment id and our team will take care of the rest.
Note: If the client bought Starter or Premium Pack once or multiple number of times, and then buys the GOLD Pack, any amount of the previous packs cannot be refunded whether the client has utilised the tickets or not.
